CIRCUIT will utilize both the Pilates equipment (the Reformer) and the Pilates mat (with various props). The class will include 30 minutes on the Pilates Reformer (or Pilates equipment) and 30 minutes on the Pilates mat, so you are experiencing the best of Pilates in one hour! This class is co-taught by two instructors and is limited to 6 participants. You will receive personal, individualized attention in this class, while receiving a great workout. The combination of the mat workout along with the equipment workout is excellent for making deeper connections in your Pilates routine.

We do offer different levels (example Beginner CIRCUIT) as well as fun different types of the class (example CARDIO CIRCUIT and ALL EQUIPMENT CIRCUIT).
